Sessionware has recently
created a distribution list which forwards notifications from
BlackBerry Technical Support regarding the status of the wireless
network.
This distribution
list is only available to IT Administrators whose company has
ordered a BlackBerry Enterprise Server or 50+ BlackBerry handhelds
from Sessionware Inc.
Typically, you will
receive 3-10 emails a day regarding the status of the BlackBerry
wireless network and work being performed across the US. This
Notification List is not intended for small businesses or single

To be on this list,
we are requesting that you create an internal distribution list at
your company, so you can manage users and staff who are interested
in receiving notifications. Please provide us with the SMTP address
of that list, the purchase date of your BlackBerry Enterprise Server
from Sessionware Inc, and send it to info@sessionware.com.
